You can download the new edition from within SongShow Plus using the menu command Update > Check for Updates or by going to http://www.songshowplus.com then to the Download page.

The Live Video plug-in Still Has Life at CFN by dreece in In Action

I attended the rehearsal for the Christ for the Nations Conference recording session last night and it's going to be a great CD. Due out later this spring I'm told.

The 2/4/2010 candidate test release of the December 2009 Edition of SongShow Plus is now available to current subscribers.

XP/nVidia driver problem is resolve.
Single core use is now the default. Users can still switch to multi-core mode.

Reflection Effect, PhotoShop vs. SongShow Plus by dreece in Feature Reviews

I recently mentioned the new Reflection effect in the latest edition of SongShow Plus. To really appreciate how this new effect also saves you time, I've asked our resident PhotoShop artist (Dustin) to lay out the steps to acheive the same effect in PhotoShop and to compare that with the slide show builder in SongShow Plus.

Added configuration option to enable/disable multi-core support (for support purposes, the default is multi-core support enabled).
Fixed missing Ctrl-V keystroke for Slide Show Builder.
Fixed problem when Video Playback Settings is used for the first time with a video file (introduced in the first beta build).
Fixed spin controls for absolute monitor placement settings.
Fixed problem that could occur when selecting transitions in the Display Properties window.

Fixed problem with QuickMessage plug-in broken in XP (introduced in first beta, this does not fix QuickMessage on Vista/7).
Fixed problem with Live Video plug-in (introduced in September 2009 Edition, temporary fix no longer necessary)
Fixed problem with the delay in starting a transition (most prominent in Snowflake Wipe, and Ornaments).
Fixed problem with Background Improv folder navigator (introduced in first beta).
