This happens if your Monitor Options are not set correctly. Simply dragging the Control Window to the secondary monitor does not configure SongShow Plus™ to make use of dual monitors. To configure dual monitors for SongShow Plus™, select the menu item Display > Monitor Options; this opens the Monitor Options window. With it, you can designate which monitor to use for the Control and Display windows. (DI003)
