A few months ago in the “Cool Clicks” section of the forums we recommended a program called TaskSwitchXP. We have since found a compatibility issue with version 2.0.8 of TaskSwitchXP and SongShow Plus version 7. This compatibility issues causes motion backgrounds to be very choppy, even on high end video cards.
If you are running TaskSwitchXP on your system and notice that videos or motion backgrounds are running jerky on your system, you can either uninstall TaskSwitchXP or update to the newest version. Newer versions do appear to be working fine but as both programs continue to grow in the future that may not be the case.
