PowerPoint 2007 includes a new file extension (.pptx) that, at this time, does not appear in the slide image acquisition function of SSB.
If it is necessary to create images from PowerPoint presentation slides created with PowerPoint 2007, it is possible to save the .pptx files to the legacy .ppt format from within PowerPoint 2007. Simply open the presentation in question in PowerPoint 2007 and perform the Save As... operation, saving the file to the legacy format. It is possible that some new elements may be lost in this process and it is advisable to maintain the original content as well.
