Problem: When bulding new or editing existing slide shows, the slide show builder starts getting sluggish, and eventually gets to the point where it will freeze up for significant periods of time, sometimes minutes.

Edition: This problem occurs on the January 2008 Edition of SSP builds 2/12/2008 through 3/26/2008.

Resolution: The problem has been identified. An update with the fix will be posted for the January 2008 Edition.

Work-around: If this is a significant issue for you, roll back to the October 2007 Edition. If you do this, however, keep in mind that any songs or slide shows that you created in the January 2008 Edition will not be compatible with the Octoboer 2007 Edition.
