Symptom:
When editing a bulleted list, with either graphic or alpha-numeric bullets, the bullet font, size or color does not change when the selected text font, size or color is changed.

Possible Cause: 
If only part of the bulleted line is selected, font changes will only apply to the selected section of text.  

Possible Solution: 
Make sure that the entire bulleted line is selected. This can be done using a mouse drag or the shift and arrow keys when selecting the text.  See the images below for details.
