Symptom:
When the setting in the SSP preferences to automatically open the previous program is enabled the last program used does not always open.
Possible Cause:
It is known that this feature does not work correctly if the program viewed when SSP was closed is located somewhere other than the root Programs folder.
Possible Solution:
Place frequently used programs in the root of the Programs folder.
