If, for some reason you need to uninstall version 7 completely (perhaps to install an older version or for a complete reinstall) you will need to do the following (understand, some of these steps can permanently disable your computer so be sure that you, or someone with you is familiar with things like editing the system registry):
- Using the add/remove programs tool in Windows, remove SongShow Plus and all associated ProModules.
- Open My Computer and browse to c:\Program Files (depending on your computer that might not be at c:\)
- Find the R-Technics folder and rename it to something like r-technics.old (Alternately you can just delete it but just incase the SSP data files are stored there we recommend just renaming.)
- Next open the registry editor and delete HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Rtechnics
This will provide a complete uninstall over SSP version 7. Again, be aware that these steps can be dangerous and if you are at all unsure of what to do, please stop and find someone that can help you with them.
