This process explains how to remove the SongShow Plus and related licenses from your machine. You should not perform this procedure unless you have been directed to do so by a SSP technical support person.

  1. Download R-Technics License Remover utility and copy it to your machine. This utility can be downloaded from here: http://rtechnics3.com/SSPUtilities/RTechnicsLicenseRemover.exe.
  2. Run the utility. You will be presented with a window showing any licenses you have installed.
  3. Select the licenses you would like to have removed. By default, none are selected.
  4. Click Remove. This performs the removal process.
  5. Click Close.

UPDATE:  Windows Vista requires this tool to be run as Administrator.

The R-Technics License Removal tool has been successfully tested under Windows Vista, however it does require the application to be run as Administrator.  You can make this setting change by following the steps below:

  1. Download the R-Technics License Removal Tool from HERE to a convenient location, such as the desktop.
  2. After the download is completed, right-click on the executable and select Properties from the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab of the Properties window.
  4. Near the bottom in the Privilege Level area, click to check mark the Run this program as an administrator check box.
  5. Click OK to close.
  6. Run the R-Technics License Removal tool as directed by support personnel.
