From time to time, it may be necessary for you to know your SongShow Plus Customer ID, such as when attempting to download a SSP or to link your SSPlash login with your organization. To determine your SSP customer ID:
- Go to a machine that has been unlocked with a projection license.
- Open SSP.
- Select the menu command Help > About. This will open the About Box for SSP.
- Listed at the top of this window will be your customer ID.
